Our mission

Our foundation consists of two main departments.
These are some general purposes of them.

Unit of Life
  • To welcome babies with no family support from date of birth to 18 months
  • Daily care provided by maternal assistants
  • Medio-psychological follow-up provided by volunteer pediatricians, psychologists and the person in charge of the Unit of Life
  • Follow-up of the legal and social file ensured by the management and the members of the committee, in coordination with the concerned regional authorities (CBI, DPE, INPE)
  • Prioritize the accomplishment of the reintegration of these babies in their extended biological family or in adoptive families
In addition, in our Social Center we ensure
  • Early care of the mother during her pregnancy
  • Supervision and support of single mothers who take back their babies: marriage with the biological father, social and professional support
  • Participation in Awareness Campaigns
  • Training and profitable activities for mothers who have taken their babies back
